Intellectual Property All photographs, images and content published in this shop are protected by copyright law. They are the exclusive property of Sophie SayaS.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, retransmission or publication of any of these elements, even partial, without the express written consent of Sophie SayaS is strictly prohibited.
The purchase of a print grants the buyer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to display the artwork for private, non-commercial use only.
Applicable Law These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the competent courts of Barcelona shall have jurisdiction.
Consumer Rights As an EU-based seller, buyers located in the European Union benefit from applicable consumer protection rights under EU law, including the right to information and transparency regarding their purchase.
As all items are custom-made to order, the right of withdrawal provided for in EU Directive 2011/83/EU does not apply, in accordance with Article 16(c) of said Directive, which excludes goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
Liability Sophie SayaS cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage resulting from the use of the products sold in this shop, including but not limited to damage caused by improper handling, storage or framing of the prints.
