TERMS OF SERVICE
General By purchasing from this shop, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing your order.
Intellectual Property All photographs and images sold in this shop are the exclusive property of Sophie SayaS. The purchase of a print grants the buyer the right to display the artwork privately for personal, non-commercial use only.
The buyer may not:
- Reproduce, copy or duplicate the image in any form
- Use the image for commercial purposes
- Resell, redistribute or sublicense the image
- Claim authorship or ownership of the work
Orders & Cancellations All prints are made to order and production begins immediately upon payment confirmation. For this reason, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
If you have made an error in your order, please contact me immediately through Etsy messaging and I will do my best to assist you before production begins.
Sizing & Colours Sizes are listed in both centimetres and inches. Please check measurements carefully before ordering as we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection.
Colours may vary slightly due to differences between monitors and screens. We do our best to represent the prints accurately in our photos.
Shipping All orders are produced and shipped via Prodigi, a professional fine art print studio with facilities in Europe, the UK and the USA — ensuring your print is produced as close to you as possible.
Shipping times vary by destination:
- Europe: approximately 3-7 business days
- International: approximately 5-10 business days
A phone number is required for UPS delivery. Please ensure yours is included in your order details.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services or carriers.
Duties & Taxes Duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and any other charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Shipping Insurance Shipping insurance is available upon request. Please contact me before placing your order.

Handling Your Print Fine art prints on Hahnemühle paper are delicate. We strongly recommend:
- Handle with clean cotton gloves to avoid fingerprints and marks
- Do not touch the printed surface directly
- Store flat or roll carefully if not framing immediately
Any damage caused by improper handling after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Privacy Your personal information is used solely for order fulfilment and will never be shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to process and ship your order.
